ARE YOU A BARRISTER OR SOLICITOR?
Are you representing a client or have represented a client and they inform you that they are now worried they lose their home as they have now been sentenced to a custodial sentence? Contact Enterprise housing solutions, a non for profit community interest company that liaises with local housing authorities to save a prisoners home whilst they are in prison, minimum sentence enterprise housing can save a home is 1 year, this means the prisoner must be doing at least 6 months in custody for us to help them. They do this by arranging for a guardian to live in the prisoners home and pay the rent to the local housing authority. This prevents homelessness for the prisoners when they are released and obviously, helps stem re-offending. Enterprise housing solutions offers great referrals to solicitors and barristers as they are regularly approached by clients who need legal advice after being arrested, so legal teams really benefit from this also. Check out their website www.ehscic.co.uk or give them a call on 0800 689 7222

ARSON
Does anyone know what the likely outcome would be for burning my wife's lingerie which no longer fitted? It all comes to about £250, was a little bonfire in the back garden and no-one else was around or in the house. She had agreed to me getting rid of it since she had lost lots of weight. As a treat I said I would get rid of the old and take her on a shopping spree of £500 to replace the stuff. Since then she complained to the police - evil witch that she is.

Assistance needed
Good Morning

I am looking for some help with research.
I am a writer (first time) and am looking for some help with information about court cases, mainly what upcoming cases in the UK, Swindon, Chippenham, Gloucester etc that are open court so I am able to go and watch proceedings to get an idea of how it works properly.

Any help greatly appreciated.
