Justice in Prisons  

With ongoing budget pressures to the prison estate and following legal aid reforms, many prisoners have been left without any avenue of access to justice.

As a small, developing charity, Justice in Prisons is looking to establish a prison law course to train prisoners as accredited McKenzie Friends, whilst being in a better position to refer meritorious cases to relevant legal practitioners.

I am pretty new to this site, and I am trying to find out the outcome of a court hearing today, but it was in a Magistrates Court. I cant seem to find the current court listings. Can anyone help?

Landlord failed to secured the deposite  
I just vacated a flat and my landlord did not secure the deposit. Now he is not returning the deposit and not replying to any of my message. I have the original copy of the contract which we signed in the beginning. Could anyone suggest me how and where can I appeal to get my money back.
