Hi there, the easiest way to resolve this is by making a small claim go to moneyclaimonline.gov.

Landlord failed to secured the deposite (Posted on: 2013-02-28 18:35:35)
I just vacated a flat and my landlord did not secure the deposit. Now he is not returning the deposit and not replying to any of my message. I have the original copy of the contract which we signed in the beginning. Could anyone suggest me how and where can I appeal to get my money back. Thanks
