With ongoing budget pressures to the prison estate and following legal aid reforms, many prisoners have been left without any avenue of access to justice.

As a small, developing charity, Justice in Prisons is looking to establish a prison law course to train prisoners as accredited McKenzie Friends, whilst being in a better position to refer meritorious cases to relevant legal practitioners.
