Error on Consent Order - is it valid ?
A claimant has filed a consent order with the court which I signed. However, on receiving the sealed copy of the order there is an obvious error on it.
Underneath the signatures it states that I am the claimant and under the other party's signature it states that they are the defendant, which is the opposite of the truth.
My question therefore is - is the consent order legally valid while it contains such an error ? Can I make the claimant go through the whole application process again (given that it cost them £14k to obtain this one) ?

Escaping from lawful custody.
My son has been arrested on 2 seperate warrants. One from the crown & one from the magistrates. Whilst in police custody (police station) awaiting an appearance to execute the warrants, he escaped from custody.
I have been informed that a charge of Escaping from lawful custody only stands if the prisoner escapes prior to being charged.
My son however has already been charged & bailed to appear before the respective courts. He jumped bail on both original offences, was subsequently arrested & escaped whilst under arrest for those warrants.
So my question is, what is the charge he will face for escaping from the police station?

European Arrest Warrants
I'm researching the use of EAW's as I understand that an individual was removed from Ireland and returned to the UK under the warrant from his workplace. I can not, however, find any information, or know where I can find further information, with regards to whether the details I have to hand is correct (that an EAW was issued). Any ideas as to where I can find whether the warrant was, indeed, served, or the process involved (it may be that I can find information via a less direct approach). Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Explanation of hearing status
I am trying to follow a case which was due to start trial yesterday. The case is showing as 'hearing finished' whta does this mean as I cant find anything else listed for today
