I\'m researching the use of EAW\'s as I understand that an individual was removed from Ireland and returned to the UK under the warrant from his workplace. I can not, however, find any information, or know where I can find further information, with regards to whether the details I have to hand is correct (that an EAW was issued). Any ideas as to where I can find whether the warrant was, indeed, served, or the process involved (it may be that I can find information via a less direct approach). Any assistance would be gratefully received.
