tampering with evidence???
hi..
my OH, his brother and dad are on remand at the moment.. they have had the statements sent in off the police but of his brothers legal document they have been signed but his brother has NOT signed them and they have been signed by someone else as it is NOT his signituare.. it doesnt match up to his on the other papers that he has signed... the only people we can think have signed them are the police as these forms were signed by my OH and his dad at the police station but his brother did NOT sign them..

does anyone know if we can do anything about this or just wait until we are in crown court in jan??

thankss

Tenant sl Possessions
I have recently evicted my Tenant from a house that they have been renting for a number of years. I would like to know where I stand as regard to their possessions do I have to keep them or consider them abandoned and discard of them. Also the Tenant has been given a Order of Possession from the court so legally they have to leave the property however they keep coming to the property and trying to gain access and as I am currently at the property renovating it for the new Tenant they keep coming onto the drive which they have no reason to so I consider this as trespassing as they no longer live at the property. So please can you tell me where I stand.

Terminology
When looking at Crown Court cases why would two people be listed under one name for a plea hearing? They have one name and casenumber but when you click the arrow and it opens up to show what happened there's two people listed in the same court room number and both for a plea minutes apart.
