Hmmmm...are they returning for post or the rest of their possession.  The police are also likely to say that it\'s a \'civil matter\'. Have you got their new address to which you may have your solicitor write a warning letter to them?

Your best bet is to contact the local police station.

Tenant sl Possessions     (Posted on: 2013-06-03 20:50:30)

I have recently evicted my Tenant from a house that they have been renting for a number of years. I would like to know where I stand as regard to their possessions do I have to keep them or consider them abandoned and discard of them. Also the Tenant has been given a Order of Possession from the court so legally they have to leave the property however they keep coming to the property and trying to gain access and as I am currently at the property renovating it for the new Tenant they keep coming onto the drive which they have no reason to so I consider this as trespassing as they no longer live at the property. So please can you tell me where I stand.
