Ask your solicitor to get a handwriting expert as soon as they will be able to help.

You should raise your concerns with the solicitor as soon as possible (if he hasn\'t got one then he definately should get one!) They may be able to tell you who signed them (if he is under 17 then it may have been an appropriate adult?) and whether or not it means it is inadmissable in court. There may be a simple explanation, and a solicitor will be able to tell you.

Hope this helps

tampering with evidence???     (Posted on: 2012-12-13 00:04:44)

hi..
my OH, his brother and dad are on remand at the moment.. they

have had the statements sent in off the police but of his brothers legal

document they have been signed but his brother has NOT signed them and

they have been signed by someone else as it is NOT his signituare.. it

doesnt match up to his on the other papers that he has signed... the

only people we can think have signed them are the police as these forms

were signed by my OH and his dad at the police station but his brother

did NOT sign them..

does anyone know if we can do anything about this or just wait until we are in crown court in jan??

thankss
