Royal Mail say[ No Legal Obligation] to deliver to letterboxes is this correct?? Royal mail say there is no legal obligation to deliver mail to any letterboxes.I speak from experience as my mail is left in a communal area near street entrance,handy for a ID fraudster to help themselves.Grateful for any comments.
