Re:Case Started
From what I can tell there's only selected sentences in the database so yuor friends case may not be in there.

Perhaps try contacting their lawyer, family, or even the court directly: http://www.thelawpages.com/magistrates-county-crown-court/

Or you could contact your friend via the prisoner locator service: http://www.thelawpages.com/prison-information/prisoner-locator-service.php

Re:cases pre 1997
Is it possible to review cases as far back as 1983 onwards and if so, how do I do this as it appears the system starts from 1997 onwards

Re:Changing of a plea from guilty back to no guilty
Hi

Firstly I am sorry to hear that the Justice system as let you down, it does this a lot.
Some good news anyway, once a Guilty plea as been entered, it cannot be altered back to a Not Guilty plea unless of course this defendant is held under the Mental Health Act.
There are 'exceptional' circumstances in which the prosecution will allow such an appeal to go through, but I think there have been 7 in the last 25 years and only 2 of those was successful so I am sure you have nothing to fear.
If I can be of any assistance to you, please do get back to me and I will do all I can to help.
I do not charge for my services.
Thanks
Thomas

Re:changing solicitor
you will need to put an application to court on the hearing date for the solicitor to be changed. If you have pleaded guilty then you can not change solicitors.

Re:children cross examination
You should post your grievance before the family court judge through your solicitor.
