Hi Firstly I am sorry to hear that the Justice system as let you down, it does this a lot. Some good news anyway, once a Guilty plea as been entered, it cannot be altered back to a Not Guilty plea unless of course this defendant is held under the Mental Health Act. There are \'exceptional\' circumstances in which the prosecution will allow such an appeal to go through, but I think there have been 7 in the last 25 years and only 2 of those was successful so I am sure you have nothing to fear.
