Re:Archive of a reposession
You could try with the HM Land Registry. What kind of information do you need?

Re:Archive of a reposession
I have the same problem & will be finding the answer & will tell you when I discover it.  My email is nickwindrum@gmail.com if you would like to contact me.

I was comprehensively ripped off by dishonest lenders (SPML) & courts and wish to do something about it. It may be I can help you a bit and if you communicate with me (maybe we could talk on the phone ) you will see how I may be of some help.

Re:arson
The most serious matter which will always have a starting point of a custodial sentence is Arson - reckless as to whether life was endangered. The facts of the case - the amount of property that is damaged and how much the safety of the public were put at risk - and any mitigating circumstances or aggravating factors will go to the length of sentence. Without knowing this I would GUESS this will probably attract a sentence term of around 4-years after a guilty plea. Have a look at similar cases here: Arson - reckless as to whether life was endangered.

Re:ARSON
Surely she would have to go to the small claims court? and that would cost her more than the underwear?
