The most serious matter which will always have a starting point of a custodial sentence is Arson - reckless as to whether life was endangered. The facts of the case - the amount of property that is damaged and how much the safety of the public were put at risk - and any mitigating circumstances or aggravating factors will go to the length of sentence. Without knowing this I would GUESS this will probably attract a sentence term of around 4-years after a guilty plea.
