I think if we have kids capture an image of the hurtful comments and others know this is a way to fight against it the bulies may think twice about what they post. More and more kids need to capture the "threads" and confront the bully or ask for help.

Luckily this has never happened to me, and I have a feeling that counter claim may be the only resolution.

All that being said there must be some sort of framework to protect against this kind of thing. My best guess would be to contact the Legal Services Commission directly as they're the people who organise legal aid: http://www.legalservices.gov.uk/

The Child Sex Offenders Disclosure Scheme - 'Sarahs Law' - enables parents, guardians and third parties to enquire whether a person who has access to a child, is a registered sex offender, or poses a risk to that child. It is an offence under the Data Protection Act 1998 to make a false application.
