Luckily this has never happened to me, and I have a feeling that counter claim may be the only resolution. All that being said there must be some sort of framework to protect against this kind of thing. My best guess would be to contact the Legal Services Commission directly as they\'re the people who organise legal aid: http://www.legalservices.gov.uk/ Good luck!
