Why would a high court case in Exeter UK be postponed, the court listing has not been updated to show this, nor has it posted the outcome of the hearing. Any advice would be appreciated.

Prejury in Summary Offence - Client needs chance to Redirect- remove criminal citation from his Records

Please can you advise me in preparing final parts of submission on behalf of a client who is deeply dismayed, that years ago his then and now Ex-Common Law partner accused him of Battery charge, upheld in Magistrates court, for which he paid a Fine of £800. However, he was left with a criminal citation on his record, first time at the age of 48 years and now he requires redress as he has evidence his ex-partner lied, in court.

Can I prepare a statement for Magistrates court retrospectively to remove,  the alleged Battery charge from his criminal record, and subsequently inform the court the ex-partner lied under oath?

Please let me know ASAP

preliminary hearing outcomes

Hello,

I know the date which a preliminary hearing took place at a crown court, the defendants name and the charge. I was trying to find the outcome or if the case has been passed for trial but the search engine isn't returning any results. Is it possible to find the outcome of a preliminary hearing?

I'm new to this site so i could be using it wrong.

Many thanks

Previous Convitions and Prison - Civil claim

I was wondering if anyone was aware of how to obtain information (through perhaps specific disclosure) relating to a party's previous convitions and potential prison sentence? This would be relevant to items claimed in the civil matter.

Many thanks

Rebecca
