How to find out the date someone was charged
Hi, does anyone know if there is anywhere on The Law Pages or anywhere else online where you can find out the date a person was first charged with an offense? The news articles I have found relating to the case do not give this information. Many Thanks,

How to find out why someone has been recalled
I am looking for someone (my son's dad) he was released after serving 5 years of a 9 year sentance. My son started seeing him, through serpervised visits, previously to this my son had never met him.  8 mths from realse I received a text from a family member saying so sorry but he has now been recalled for 28 days. Well it's now been four months, I have cut my son off from this family, as he is autistic and doesn't need people like this in his life. But what I would like to know is what it is he had done? My son is aware of were his dad is, I can't say anymore to him, I.e length of time, also I am then able to put a bit more info into a position statement to the family proceedings court.

From a very confused mother!
