 How to find out why someone has been recalled (Posted on: 2015-10-11 01:21:30)
I am looking for someone (my son\'s dad) he was released after serving 5 years of a 9 year sentance. My son started seeing him, through serpervised visits,previously to this my son had never met him. 8 mths from realse I received a text from a family member saying so sorry but he has now been recalled for 28 days. Well it\'s now been four months, I have cut my son off from this family, as he is autistic and doesn\'t need people like this in his life. But what I would like to know is what it is he had done? My son is aware of were his dad is, I can\'t say anymore to him, I.e length of time, also I am then able to put a bit more info into a position statement to the family proceedings court. From a very confused mother!
