As sad as it is in the UK justice system mistakes are made please remember to get your legal team to have all evidence against you checked by an independent forensic scientist.

getting a solicitor  
can any body tell me if its worth getting a sollicitor. i refused to give a breath test after i got a failed result at the road side because i was so angry with the man who sold me the van i broke down in . i was very polite at all times but ...like everybody else i really my car because my wife has just had an accident and cannot get anywhere at the moment without me driving and i have a five year old daughter ...ps i only had 3 beers...please help...

Gurkhan Suleyman  
Desperately trying to find the details of the sentence of Gurkhan Suleyman back in late 2014. He was convicted of attempted rape in Isleworth Crown Court in October 2014. It was well documented in the press during the trial but no information seems to be available anywhere on the actual sentence given.
