can any body tell me if its worth getting a sollicitor. i refused to give a breath test after i got a failed result at the road side because i was so angry with the man who sold me the van i broke down in . i was very polite at all times but ...like everybody else i really my car because my wife has just had an accident and cannot get anywhere at the moment without me driving and i have a five year old daughter ...ps i only had 3 beers...please help...
