What were the charges?  

Is it possible to find out what charges were brought against a defendant for a recent plea hearing? If so, how and where do I find this information?

whats happened?  
im trying to find out whats happened to the thug whon assaulted someone i know in a pub in burnley town centre in the early hours of sun 27nov.a totally unprovoked attack.was charged and up before burnley magistrates on mon 28nov.the victim still hasnt found out if the attacker has been let out on bail or remanded!anyone help?

A person known to me, pleaded not guilty at the crown courtand elected to go to trial

How can I find out when and where the trial is?

When do 6 month custodial sentances under the Fraud Act become spent?  

Can companies obtain criminal record checks at any time for any purpose?

Do credit checks incorporate criminal record checks? If so, howso permitted?

When is this case appearing.  
I know the name of the defendant.  I know the case number. I can access previous court pretrial details.   What I cannot find is when the case is next to be heard.

Am I missing something? 

I am not appearing in the trial I just want to watch it from the public box.
