From what I can tell The Law Pages only has an array of key cases and then only succesful prosecutions in the sentencing database so the case in question may not be listed. I would recommend that the victim contact \"Victim Support\" 0845 30 30 900 http://www.victimsupport.org as I believe they are the people who liaise this information to any victim or witness. im trying to find out whats happened to the thug whon assaulted someone i know in a pub in burnley town centre in the early hours of sun 27nov.a totally unprovoked attack.was charged and up before burnley magistrates on mon 28nov.the victim still hasnt found out if the attacker has been let out on bail or remanded!anyone help?
