What happened in court?  

Hi,

A case I am interested in has the latest details listed as part heard.  But I believe that the jury were unable to reach a verdict, so there may ba a retrial.  I have only been looking in the hearing section and there is no mention of it in the sentancing part.  Can anyone tell me where I might find out what is happening with it?

What is the offence?

I am interested in the above case number.  However, I am really struggling to find what the offence is.  I would be grateful if anyone could help.  I believe the individual involved is telling some lies and I would like to help correct them.  Its due to be heard at Manchester Crown Court (Crown Square) on April 28th.  Thank you
