I think the hearings section only shows what is happening in court, and the sentences section only shows successful convictions so you are unlikely to find what you are looking for. Perhaps you can contact the Court directly and ask them what is happening? There is a Courts directory here: http://www.thelawpages.com/magistrates-county-crown-court/

Hi, A case I am interested in has the latest details listed as part heard. But I believe that the jury were unable to reach a verdict, so there may ba a retrial. I have only been looking in the hearing section and there is no mention of it in the sentancing part. Can anyone tell me where I might find out what is happening with it?
