Hi all, my name is Asha and I speak Kiswahili. I am looking for a part time role  as a translator/interpreter for magistrate courts in the Royal borough of Greenwich. Would anyone able to point me in to the right direction on how I can register for this.

Trials at Bristol Crown Court

Hi, i was wondering if i could get some advice on the following matter. I am currently a 1st year undergraduate studying at the University of Gloucestershire on the fast-track LLB course.

During the Christmas break I have to attend a crown court and then write a reflective log of the event. I have spoken to my tutor about whether it is preferable to attend the court from the Monday onwards (as was suggested by someone at Bristol Crown Court when i previously telephoned them) so as to be able to glean a greater understanding of how the legal system works in practice, from the swearing in of the jury to the verdict.

What i was wondering was however is, does Bristol Crown Court have a list of cases that are due to be heard? and is there details of the trial, e.g a criminal hearing or a civil matter?

Any help and advice on this matter would be greatfully recieved as this assignment (reflective log) has to be submitted by the deadline of 14th January.

Thankyou for taking the time to read this.

Trojan Horse/Malware Defence/SODDI
Hello,

I am carrying out some research in the Trojan Horse defence area and I am therefore trying to get a hold of as much court case information and material regarding this type of case.  I have tried using the search tools on this website but without success.  Can anyone help please?

I am interested in any court case where the Trojan Horse defence (SODDI, Malware defence, etc.), has come up, with information about the defendant, the crime, and so on.

Thank you very much.
