successful cases for tenants  

Hi can anyone help me find evidence that a tenant has been successful in persuing a case against a landlord iro legislation dd 6/4/2007 for s213-214 of the housing act of 2004.

I only know of cases where landlords/estate agents have been succesfull in their defence of such cases and need evidence to the contrary, ie rulings ifo of tenants where their deposits were not protected within the prescribed 14 days

Good Morning, I am looking for a verdict/transcript for the above case from April 2016. Defendant Daniel Bradley. Can anyone help? I have sent the required form to Birmingham Crown Court but I am unsure whether they will release this information to me. I can find the case on here, but no further details relating to the verdict. Please advise!
