Hi can anyone help me find evidence that a tenant has been successful in persuing a case against a landlord iro legislation dd 6/4/2007 for s213-214 of the housing act of 2004. I only know of cases where landlords/estate agents have been succesfull in their defence of such cases and need evidence to the contrary, ie rulings ifo of tenants where their deposits were not protected within the prescribed 14 days Thankyou in advance for any information or help in this regard
