Spent convictions  
I've just come out of prison after serving 4 months of an 8 month sentence, can someone please tell me how long it is before the conviction is spent. I think it's 4 years but not 100% sure. Thanks

Status - Case to be listed on (date)  
Hi

I'm following a case of someone that was sentenced on 25th February but on that date, the log on here shows as "case to be listed on 20th June". What does this means when sentencing has already taken place, the person is already in prison?

I am trying to find out what  sentence was given to a case at Basildon Crown Court on 14th December 2016 Case no S20160398 I have even done the advance search and I am still unable to find out anything g Can anyone help with this please
