small claims court  
as a claimant, in a small claims court, I never received a defence. can a hearing continue?  any help. Please

Snaresbrook Case *6 Defendants  
There was a trail that took place at Snaresbrook crown court from 25th March 2019, it was an 8 week trial. I am trying to find out what the outcome was for for the defendants that wasn’t sentenced. One defendant was acquitted, one other defendant was not sentenced on the day the trial ended. I am trying to find out what the outcome of that defendant was or would be. Was the defendant called for a re trial ? Am I able to obtain this information?

social service records  

Are my childrens social service records available to me to build a case for custody. They just seem to build walls between myself and my 2 boys .am i legally allowed to see them away from the mother if no court restrictions apply.

Social Workers  
Can anyone tell me why social workers are not included in the lists of professions within The LawPages.com? We are a profession which is underpinned by the Law Society so why aren't we included?
