Our client is a leading Surrey law firm who are looking to recruit a proactive professional negligence solicitor (or equivalent) to run a caseload involving claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals. You will need a minimum of 2 years PQE and the ability to identify and assess claims quickly. Consumer contract or property dispute experience would also be an advantage. You will also have a good billing record, a practical commercial approach and enjoy being part of a team. Case management IT skills are essential.
