This leading Hampshire law firm are looking for a Solicitor with around 3 years experience of Court of Protection work to join their strong and well established team. This is a growing area within the firm's wealth management department and is a new post to develop this area further. You should be keen to develop the work and manage the existing team. You will need to have previous deputyship experience, good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Health & Social Services Act and the workings of the Court. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, client handling skills, excellent communication and an empathy for vulnerable children and adults. You will also need previous supervisory or management experience and have credibility to command the confidence of staff, clients and referrers.
