The role
Following a number of recent senior hires, we are seeking an associate to join our expanding Regulatory team. A wide range of work is on offer including advising on the Financial Markets and Services Act 2000 and FSA Regulations, strategic regulatory issues, market infrastructure and derivatives and commodity trading documentation.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent academics
• A minimum of one years’ experience which will have been gained at another top City practice; solid regulatory experience gained from a highly regarded financial services practice is beneficial
• Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development
• Commercially driven
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
