A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Insurance Motor/Liability Claims Handlers.
No Legal experience is necessary; however you will need to have come from a Senior Insurance Claims Handling background.
Purpose:
To pro actively handle technical and complex Third Party injury cases efficiently with claimant solicitors in order to achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
Accountabilities:
• To contribute to the delivery of targets by achieving own objectives effectively e.g. productivity leakage, budget and service targets.
• To handle and resolve complex technical cases or referrals and/or complaints within own authority limit.
• To gather and accurately analyse appropriate information in order to make the best decision aligning with the total and/or partial resolution of Third party's needs.
• To provide guidance and support to others in the team so that overall team effectiveness is enhanced.
• Good Understanding of Personal Injury claims environment, including pre-action protocol, claims & litigation procedures, products and services.
