The role
We are seeking an associate of around 3 years’ PQE to specialise in soft-IP work (trade marks, design rights, passing-off and copyright), with a particular focus on soft-IP litigation. Candidates should have good quality relevant experience from a reputable Intellectual Property practice.
Key requirements:
• Excellent academics
• A commitment to specialising in soft-IP, with substantial, good quality, experience in soft IP matters – in particular an excellent track record of trade mark (and other soft-IP) litigation
• Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development
• Commercially driven
• Well organised, and both keen and able to take the lead in matters
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
