My Client, a highly prestigious firm of solicitors based in Bromley are looking to recruit Paralegals for their Legal Assistance team to run their own caseload of RTA files.

The successful candidate will be expected to have the following:

Technical Skills:

Ø Civil Procedural Rules

Ø General understanding of Insurance principles

Ø JSB guidelines

Ø Good working knowledge of PI and PD claims handling processes

Ø Value soft tissue injuries accurately

Ø Assess simple loss of earnings

Ø Negotiation
