Exciting and growing Credit Hire department within an innovative and fast moving Legal organisation require Experienced Case Handlers to join their small and fast track litigation teams. Working within a team and reporting to the team leader you will be expected to handle your own caseload of between 120 – 175 of credit hire cases. You should have good working knowledge of the litigation process & Civil Procedure Rules as well as being able to demonstrate Negotiation skills and an understanding of uninsured losses.
