This challenging new role, working for an established National firm with a rapidly growing presence in Manchester, will see you combine responsibility for a caseload of defendant personal injury work with the supervision of junior team members. Therefore we are seeking an experienced individual with an ideal minimum of 5 years of defendant experience, along with an element of management experience which will allow you to develop and motivate team members as the team grows. This experience can either have been gained as a solicitor or FILEX. The firm is one which enjoys an excellent reputation both with its clients and for the way it looks after it's people. The Manchester operation continues to go from strength to strength and boasts solid sources of work and an excellent environment.
