Our client is a highly regarded National firm with an excellent reputation within the defendant insurance sector. Their Manchester operation has grown significantly since it's inception and continues to do so. As a result, they now seek an experienced solicitor or legal executive with an ideal minimum of 2 years PQE (other levels of experience will be considered) to handle a varied caseload of work comprising EL/PL and motor based matters of both a multi and fast track nature. Candidates with either a defendant or clamant background can be considered. The role will involve assisting senior team members with their cases, as well as taking responsibility for a small caseload yourself. As such, the role would be an excellent opportunity for someone with a good grounding to further augment and develop their experience as part of a high-quality team. Defendant experience is preferred, although applicants with a strong claimant background are also welcomed.
