The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of Debt Recovery claims both preaction and in litigation. They will be running their own caseload of files. Experience of Litigation and preparing cases for trials is essential for this role, ongoing training will be provided. The position would be ideally suited to someone who is looking to progress their career further in Debt Recovery and is an ideal stepping stone towards the Personal Injury Area. The successful candidates will have the following: Ability to rapidly learn the working procedures of Debt Recovery Excellent Team Player Good interpersonal skills Confident telephone manner Ability to work in a highly organised way as part of a team Good IT skills
