My client is a leading full service law firm, with links internationally. Due to the workload within their corporate team they are looking for a strong lawyer to help bolster up the practice.
They have a very strong M&A, ECM, Corporate Finance and Private Equity focus.
Ideally they are looking for a lawyer with a huge breadth of corporate experience, who has the following attributes: A strong academic background
Training and Post-Qualification Experience in a City based firm, with international corporate experience Confidence, tenacity and the ability to think fast on their feet A broad commercial mind-set and a desire to be involved in marketing Responsibility and accountability.
