I have just found out my property at ****** was repossess and should without my knowledge.
I have been living and working in Saint Lucia for the past 10 years. My then property was place with a landlord in Leytonstone High road for rental. The landlord never sent statements or any information on the status of the property.
I am aware of my own negligent in seeing about my business that I take responsibility for. However the property was sold in 2009. I only found out this month January 2014 when I goggled the address.
My mail use to go to my daughter's house in Bristol but she has moved twice during that period.
I am seek legal advice as to how I can find out whether any money was left after the sale and also how I can go about suing the estate agent
