Antony Dunkels is experienced as both a defence and prosecution advocate in the Magistrates� Court, Youth Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. His recent instructions have included violent and racially aggravated crime, robbery and burglary, the import and possession of class A drugs, conspiracy to defraud and sexual assault. Antony is also proficient in cases involving mental health issues, such as sentencing and fitness to plead, and complex disclosure. His recent highlights have included acting as junior defence counsel in a complicated PRS revenue inflation fraud, and as junior prosecution counsel in a 14-handed violent disorder trial.
