The Chambers of David Fisher QC and David Perry QC is renowned as one of the country's foremost sets in the field of criminal law. Chambers comprises Queen's Counsel, Treasury Counsel, and juniors. Over 20 members are listed as highly recommended by the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners directories.

We are proud that Chambers' reputation as a leading set extends to defence as well as to prosecution work. We regularly represent individuals at courts on the South Eastern circuit as well as on other circuits. The 2009 Edition of Chambers and Partners observed that "6 King's Bench Walk is successfully closing in on its goal to be equally renowned for its defence as its prosecution work. Its main advantage in the pursuit of this aim is its strength in depth."

All members of Chambers are known for their excellence in trial preparation, advocacy and advisory work.

As well as our work at first instance, we regularly appear in appeals and judicial review proceedings in the High Court, as well as appeals to the Court of Appeal, House of Lords and Privy Council. Members of Chambers also appear at Inquests, Public Inquiries and at Regulatory and Disciplinary Tribunals, enabling us to provide expert representation in these areas.

We place particular emphasis on building and maintaining strong working relationships with instructing solicitors. We understand the importance of IT and members of Chambers are proficient in current IT skills. Chambers is equipped with a formidable array of legal research tools, both printed and electronic to ensure that the advice we give solicitors and clients is up to the minute. We have a strong equality and diversity policy.

Senior members of Chambers sit as Recorders of the Crown Court, Deputy District Judges or as legal assessors in tribunals. A number of former tenants have occupied senior positions in the judiciary and criminal justice agencies and continue to do so.
