My son is in final stages of court case for Gbh n offensive weapon n wounding....his solicitor has told him he is going t jail.....the \'victim\' was not seriously hurt and my son was defending himself in a road rage incident started by the other party....who did\'nt get arrested....I have also heard that this could carry a 5 year jail sentence which unfortunately u won\'t want t b hearing! He is in court in a few days and we expect him t b sent down. He has had a breakdown n is in depression as u will know how stressful this all is. He just couldn\'t go t work anymore because the mental anguish had just about paralysed him....fortunately with a lot of talking and help he got strong enough t take whatever is coming on the chin..so we can only hope that this nightmare will pass quickly. I hope that u do not feel too much anxiety and pain and that u too will find the strength t cope.....just remember that all things pass and good luck to you.
