 Miscarriages of Justice/Unsuccessful cases due to lack of understanding digital evidence (Posted on: 2015-02-18 13:54:26)
As the title suggests, I\'m currently looking a developing a framework to be used in the presenting of digital evidence in court. I\'m looking for some specific examples of cases that have been unsuccessful, thrown out of court or miscarried due to the judge/jury not understanding the technical digital forensic evidence. If anyone could point me in the right direction, or knows of any cases off the top of their head where this has occurred, I\'d be extremely grateful. Thanks.
