My partner committed a dwell burglary and need to know if anyone new what he would be looking at he has been in prison 6 weeks,it was done in daytime on the spur of the moment,very little taken,no damage done apart from a little glass panel,I know it\'s wrong what he done,this is the first time he done something like this and he admitted to me and solicitor he has been addicted to heroin and crack cocaine since Christmas,his solicitor has said this is why he done something so wrong to feed his habit,we have been together 10 years so I know this sort of crime is not him,I have recently found out I\'m expecting and I\'m having a complicated pregnancy,I have been handed a letter from an employer with an offer for full time employment if and when he is out,he is studying the cibt book for the cscs,I just need to know roughly what length of sentence he is looking at or if he could get the DDR through probation if someone could help answer it would be much appreciated as at end of my tether not knowing many thanks
