Contact social services your sister by law should be able to show proof that the money she withdrew was for your mums benefit if she can\'t then social services may involve the police

Hi, I have collected lots of evidence showing that my sister took lots of money from my late mothers bank account but police say because she had enduring power of attorney it is difficult to prove dishonesty. My mother had dementia for years before she died last year but my sister only registered the EPA a year before she died. During a previous hospital stay my sister withdrew £1000 in cash and in the weeks before my mother died and was in hospital she spent over £2000. I believe she is guilty of fraud by abuse of position and that the police do not have to prove dishonesty as that is up to the jury to decide. They just have to present the evidence, most of which I have already collected. Does anyone have any advice that they could give me?
