Refusal of Access to Children     (Posted on: 2014-03-18 09:13:41)

My ex daughter in law is refusing to allow my grandchildren to see their dad.  She says it is because both her and him have been cited as witnesses in her new boyfriends case and are not allowed to see each other until it is heard in November!  This sounds like nonsense to me as they could always use an intermediary.  The twins are only 19 months old so are hardly going to tell tales!  Is she correct under Scot\'s Law?  Many thanks for any help.
