Voyeurism is a criminal offence (Section 67 Sexual Offences Act 2003) where the offender records or \"observes another person doing a private act, and ... knows that the other person does not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification\". See CPS Sentencing manual

Can someone please explain to me what Voyeurism is. It comes under the sexual offences charges, but not sure what it actually is. Thank you
